Lady Policies

Guests:

Please do not bring guests (this includes spouses, kids and friends) to your appointment.

Late arrival:

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive 15 minutes past the start of your appointment, I will not be able to provide your service, and you'll need to reschedule.

When you reserve an appointment with me, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment, with the understanding that pricing is on an “and up” basis. If your late arrival prevents me from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the time reserved as I would be unable to fill that spot.

Cancellation Policy:

Please read my cancellation policy carefully. By booking, you are accepting these terms.

I require 48hrs when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a fee of 50% of the services booked.

Please understand that if the appointment you book contains multiple services, that the terms of the late cancellation policy extends to all of the services initially booked. This means that canceling part of the service within the late cancellation period will still result in [late cancellation fee, full charge or whatever the penalty is] even if you’re still receiving other services.

No Show:

No shows are unacceptable. I have text/emails confirmations in place to remind you that your appointment is coming up. My no show terms are non-negotiable and are at my discretion barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or true emergencies. You will be charged the full amount of services scheduled, and future appointments can not be made until this is paid in full.

Re-dos/refunds:

After your service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment or something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of the service via email and we will find a time to make adjustments. Due to the nature of my small boutique business, I do not offer refunds on services or on products purchased.
